These boots are used and are 100% original. The leather is not dry or stiff. The lowest layer of the heels and half soles have been replaced with rubber. The actual OUTSIDE measurements in inches are; length of sole 11.25, width of sole at widest point 4.5, overall height at the back is 16 and measurement around the calf is 14.
