These are brand new in the original box. The only size we have is for US 9 to 10 as marked on the box. These are stock photos. Most boxes are still sealed. You will most likely not receive the exact inserts or box that is pictured but all boxes are marked the same and in like condition. The price listed is for ONE box of FIVE pairs of Shoe Inserts.
