With the purchase of, or bidding on auctions for, items which carry the Third Reich emblem or carry emblems of other organizations of that time declared to be unconstitutional, the purchaser and/or bidder commits to using these items only for reasons as mentioned above and will by no means use them for propaganda purposes. Placing an Order with Bunker Militaria
There are several different ways to place an order with Bunker Militaria; through the web site, via e-mail, by phone or by mail.
Instructions for Web Site orders
This is the first best way for ALL customers to place an order with Bunker Militaria.
- Browse the web site and place items in your basket by clicking the "Add One To Basket" button, "Buy One Now" button (use this button if this is the only item you are purchasing - you will be taken directly to the page detailed in number 3 below), or enter a quantity and click the "Add To Basket" button while viewing the details of an item. You may view the contents of your basket, remove items from your basket, or change the quantities of items in your basket at any time by clicking the "Basket Contents" button at the top of the page.
- When done shopping just click the "Checkout" button in the upper right corner of the page.
- At the next page either enter your Login Name and Password if you have an account OR click "Place Order Without Account" to proceed to the next page.
- If you have an account verify all information is correct then simply click the "continue" button in the lower right corner. If you are placing an order without an account enter your "Ship To:" and "Bill To:" information then click the "continue" button.
- On the next page choose your shipping option from the "Ship Via:" drop-down menu (shipping is based on the weight of the items in your basket - this applies to domestic AND intermational customers). Then, choose your payment method with the "Pay With:" drop-down menu. Next, if you have a "coupon code" enter the code in the window. The discount should be displayed on the next page. Lastly, click the "Continue" button in the lower right corner.
- Please verify all information is correct on the next page. If paying with PAYPAL click the "continue" button in the lower right corner. If paying with a credit card please enter your card information before clicking the "continue" button.
- If you're paying with a credit card you are done! You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order and via e-mail you will also receive a receipt for the credit card transaction. If paying with PAYPAL you have been directed to our PayPal payment page. On this page log in to your PayPal account. To complete the transaction click the "Pay Now" button. YOUR DONE! You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order.
Ordering via e-mail
- Simply send us an e-mail with a list of the items you wish to order, your complete mailing address and how you wish to pay for your order. When listing your items please include Item Numbers, a Brief Description (including size if applicable) and Quantity desired.
- We will reply with your total including shipping. UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for domestic customers or USPS Priority Mail International shipping for our international customers (We will also ship via USPS Express Mail and USPS Express Mail International. If you request any other shipping method you do so at your own risk. We can also add insurance at your request).
- Once you have received our e-mail and agree with the total just send payment. If you wish to pay with a credit card you can send the information in two e-mails (this is NOT the most secure way to send this information) or you can call us with the information. If you do not agree with the total just reply and let us know the problem.
We accept phone orders at 918-283-4417 Monday-Friday 2:00pm to 5:00pm US Central Standard Time. All inquiries should be made via e-mail.
Please make a list of the items you wish to order before calling. Please have the item number and a brief description for each item. Also, please have your credit card information ready.
Simply call us during regular hours. We will ask you for the items you wish to purchase one at a time. Then we will take your shipping and billing address information. Next you will be asked to choose your shipping option and we will ask what type of credit card you wish to pay with. We will then ask for your credit card infomation and run the order. We'll know within seconds if the transaction went through OK.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of your order and via e-mail you will also receive a receipt for the credit card transaction.

We currently accept the following forms of payment in US funds; Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover credit cards, PayPal (firstname.lastname@example.org), Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Cash. We DO NOT accept personal or company checks. We do not recommend mailing cash. If you decide to do so it is at your own risk. All payments should be made payable to Bunker Militaria.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Bunker Militaria offers a 10 day inspection period. Any item may be returned for any reason within 10 days of the receipt of that item. A refund or exchange will be given as long as the item is returned in the same condition as sent. Please contact us for instructions prior to returning an item.
Bunker Militaria will pay return shipping if the item is returned for the following reasons; the item has a manufacturing defect (current manufactured items only), the item is not as illustrated on our web site, we send a size other then what was ordered or due to any other error on our part.
Bunker Militaria will NOT pay return shipping if the item is returned for any other reason. This includes items that do not fit because the wrong size was ordered (Example: if you order a size 42 tunic and we send you a size 42 tunic but it does not fit because you actually wear a size 46 tunic). Please make sure you know your size before ordering.
Some items (even brand new items) may display slight use due to storage and handling. These are not considered defects.
When returning an item please do so via UPS or USPS with some sort of delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returned items that never get to us. All refunds or exchanges will be made within 30 days of receipt of an item. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment was received or by company check solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any returned item. This applies only to items returned AFTER the inspection period that we decide to accept or cases deemed unreasonable by us. An example of an unreasonable case would be ordering 10 of one particular item in order to inspect them with the intension of keeping only one and returning nine.
Due to the ease of photocopying no reprint manuals will be accepted for an exchange or refund.
